Head bolt torque 900 1993

Gents-

Quick question: The Service manual reads the following (re: head bolt torque)

"Tighten bolts in three stages as follows:
1. To 20 Nm (15 ft.lb)
2. To 60 Nm (44 ft.lb)
3. Through 130 degrees"

I understand: do all of them to 20 and then all to 60 Nm... But does the last step mean i'm supposed to push them each 130 degrees further after?

Maybe this is a silly question... I just want to be sure and don't feel like trying it out and stripping a head bolt.

Thanks
-Jim P.
