AC Blower Problem 900

I have a new blower works great. Major problem. Not getting very much air out any of the vents. I have gone over the ducts to see if anything was blocking the vents but found nothing.
My question is has anyone had this problem before and could the problem be the A/C or the heater core clogged with crud. From what I could feel trhu the hole where the blower mounts I could not feel anyhting blocking the path. If you feel it could be the core, can it ce cleaned by removing the cover that goes over the core or does this reguire full removal for cleaning.
Any and all suggestions, other than driving the car off a cliff, will be appreciated.
