It all started with a vacuum hose that came off the intake, while I was out of town. The engine would not idle. I found the hose and replaced it, but it still would not idle.
I ran the car on several short drives for about 50 miles and it went back to Idling OK. Also after about the first 3 miles the check engine light came on. I put some fuel system cleaner in it and filled the tank.
I drove the car home (about 250 miles) and got out the books, pulled the codes and got a 232 and a 113. (The O2 sensor is not happy about the fuel mixture at idle) The TS chart looks like I might have an injector problem, rather than an O2 sensor problem. I cannot clear the codes, so I don't think they are bogus!
I figured I’d check the O2 Sensor voltages and then look at the fuel system as per the FAQ.
Am I on the right track?
