Best way to part out a 1988 245DL? 200 1988

My beloved 1988 245DL was recently in an accident. My son was hit on the passenger side rear door. It did a wonderful job of protecting him, as he was not injured at all. The car rolled once on a grassy embankment and came to rest upright. Repair is not an option. What is the best way to quickly and efficiently part out the car? Potential donor items in good shape: Seats (front seats had seat covers on since new), 3rd seat, Michelin tires in great shape, engine has 173k with regular oil changes, 5 sp transmission, trailer hitch, cat (1yr old), spare tire never used, tools and owners manual. I was the first and only owner.

Suggestions/Recommendations?

I am located in Cascade, MD.

Thanks.
Wayne
