odd start-up noise 900 1995

I have a 95 960 with 200k. Over the past month I noticed a odd noise that occurs sometimes when I start my car. The noise is like a grinding or fluttering sound, but it doesn't sound like metal grinding. After start-up, the grinding noise goes away after a few seconds. Usually on cold starts, but at times I hear the sound when the engine is warm. Other than the grinding sound there is no other problem.

Any suggestions.
