Temperature Needle Adjustment ?? 200

Hello. 1986 sedan 4 speed & Overdrive. My odometer stopped so I bought a used cluster off E Bay and yesterday put in the new cluster. On my old cluster after car was warmed up temperature needle went right to middle and with the new cluster it goes to a bit below middle. Both clusters have had the temp compensation board bypassed. I guess these gauges vary slightly. I would like to know if there is any adjustment at all ? Don't want to bend the needle. Or maybe I should just put my old temp gauge in this new cluster ? Thanks in advance for replys , advice, and help.
