Please help my 85 240 dl is turning but wont start 200 1985

So far the pumps are working and I have changed out the relay still nothing.. I am wondering if it is a old spark plug that didnt get removed last year cause it was stuck but, I dont know if its that. also I checked fuse under the hood. If anyone can help on any extra info please do. thank you..
