Front and rear wheel bearing replacement question 200 1986

How difficult is it to replace the inner and outer front wheel bearings with seals and how do I get the rears out? I have repacked the front outer wheel bearings a few times over the past 200K miles but will be replacing the front and rear brake discs and pads and figured I might as well do the bearings since they now have 342K miles on them now.
