Volvo 940 Wagon Starting problem 900

I recently Purchased a 1993 940 Wagon aprox. 3 months ago. It has 200,133 Miles on it . I put new bushings in and got a new alignment.

When i try to start it up it doesnt roll over. when i leave it alone for a day or more and try to start it, it will run for 3 seconds then die on me and it wont start again for while, also the wheel is extremely hard to turn but when i try to start it up again it loosens up .... any help will be appreciated. i checked the oil,coolant,fuses,battery,powersteering fluid. Thank You for your time
