1995 960 Electrical Gremlin 900 1995

Own a '95 960 with almost 200K on it. Ongoing problem for last six months: Car stalls usually at speed. Push acclerator, nothing. Shudders as car comes to stop. Once car stops, all lights come on. Once key turned off, car restarts just fine. Seems to be no rhyme or reasons to when it happens. Have replaced a couple of relays, and fuel pump. My independent Volvo guru is usually pretty good, but hasn't been able identify this one. Help.
