Hello,
I cleaned out the crank case ventilation system today (breather box/oil trap all the way up) and found lots of crud and cleaned it all out. I then reassembled the car and did a 'test' i'd never done before. I took off the oil cap with the car running and put my hand over the fill hole and felt a fair amount of pressure. Is that normal? Should there be a noticable amount of pressure immediately after putting your hand on the fill? Also, there was oil splashing aroundn but I presume thats just the cam churning it up.
Its a b230 engine on a '94 940.
Thanks a lot!
