her car continually drips oil now.her mechanic said the oil pan needs replacing, that seems like a serious bit of work,my question is,is there any other way? i have an extra pan but from what little i know and have read here it seems the engine would have to be lifted...has anyone had experience with stripped threads in the oil plug?thanks in advance,Kris
