740 GL 1990 700

I have a no start 740 GL.
Basic maintenance done. New RPM sensor FP relay.
Have Fuel pressure . Both the terminals of the injector plug are positive 12V. Is this OK , or should one be 0V? The one thats grounded by the ECU.
Haven,t pulled the codes yet.
