R sport steering wheel refurbish

Hi all.
a friend has a R sport steering wheel in his 240 turbo, the leather is in poor shape and the padding underneath the leather is showing some wear also, the rest of the wheel is nice.
he is willing to trade for my stock steering wheel and i was wondering if there are people that can repair the worn R sport steering wheel?
