Should I replace my timing belt? 200 1985

Hi everyone,

I have a 1985 Volvo 240 sedan automatic. The car's timing belt was last replaced at 121,000 miles. The car currently has 193,500 miles on it. Should I replace my timing belt or wait for it to break and just replace it then? If I wait for it to break, will other parts of the engine be damaged? If I do replace my timing belt, is there anything I might as well replace along with it, and how much should I expect the whole thing to cost?

Thanks very much for all your help!

Mike
