How to install trailer hitch 200

HI,

I just bought a used volvo hitch. It didn't come with any hardware so I know that I have to get some long bolts (if someone knows the size exactly that would be a big help) also in one post I read about some bumpers that are accessed through the trunk floor or something??? On my 245 there is a tow ring that is welded to the frame where the hitch would attach, do I just cut this off? Thanks for any help you can provide.
