No Power to blower motor SWITCH 900 1995

I am trying to track down why the blower motor is not working. There is no power to the motor, to the resistor pack, nor to the switch on the MCC unit. The fuses all look good. So what is up-stream from the switch? Could it be the ignition switch? If so, should there be other electrical things not working that are operating off the same circuit from the ign switch?

Thanks for any help. I am on vacation trying to fix my daughter's car and my wiring diagrams are at home.
