No Acceleration, but wont stall! 760T 2.3 700 1987

Weird problem. I have looked everywhere. First off it's intermittent. Secondly it happens at various RPM's. When crusing at any speed, and i go to punch it, after about 2 seconds of hard acceleration it drops back to idle speed and will not pick up acceleration until i let off the accelerator. New parts include: FPR, Intank pump, external pump, fuel check valve, new radio suppression relay, new resistor pack. I am lost and this is my family's only mode of transportation. PLEASE VOLVO GODS HELP?
