#4 spark plug wet 200

I recently replaced the plugs on my brick. Today i pulled the plugs to check them and the number four plug had moisture in them either gas or oil. the cylinder is getting spark. I checked the wires and reconnected everything,
ran the engine at idle for a few minutes and checked the plug again. It was dry.
Is this anything i need to worry about? thank you for your input
