85 turbo won't start (again) pls help 700 1985

Hey guys.... I have read all the threads and just want to confirm before I spend what little money I have left. I pulled the in tank and put it on the bench and tested...it works great. So I reinstalled it and checked for power at the pink going to the tank...good. So for fun I disconnected the AMM and the car started, once then died after about 5 seconds, then from that point on it would'nt start again. I reconnected the AMM and still nada. grrrr this is getting frustrating, I pulled the main supply to the fuel rail and turned on the ignition, fuel came out (not very high pressure but it did come out).
Any ideas?
