Converting a non turbo 240 to turbo 200

First of all, thanks to all that helped me to diagnose my 92 240 in my non start situation.
Now, I will like to add a turbo to my car, having perform this on several cars before (240sx, Sentra, Regal) I will like to know what is involved. I know that turbo cars have sodium filed valves but besides that, what other differences (enginewise) are needed. My goal is maybe hit 200~250 hp mark.
Any tips are really apreciated
