1988 240 air conditioner compressor clutch - no power 200 1988

The clutch on my compressor is not getting any juice in the green wire going to it. The pigtail coming out of the harness is not hot. Fuse is good.

The pigtail coming out from the firewall is hot, but is goes into the harness, and another one comes out which connects to the compressor, and it is not hot.

Any ideas? Fan is on, A/C knob is on, etc.
