Is it possible to change the rear struts and shocks by yourself? 200 1986

Hello all!

Is is possible to change the rear struts AND shocks without special tools?

I have access to a skid loader where I can 'pickup' the car and get both sides jacked off the ground at the same time so that the rear tires hang free.

However I am wondering what kindof hairy problems may arrise, I don't have any experience changing these out. The one problem I noticed when I had the wheel off was that I would likely have some efforts in removing the rusted brake caliper bolts. After the brake calipers are off, is it pretty straight forward, no special tools? If needed I can probably enlist an extra pair of hands.

Any tips advice? The car is a 240DL 1986.

Thanks!
