740 turbo wagon, AC disabled 700

Hi,

The car's AC works for the most part. It stops blowing cold air when it goes into overdrive. It can be blowing cold if the OD button is played with. The OD has been by passed by using the IPD OD plate. This was not an issue until a few weeks ago the OD plate was replaced 1-1/2 years ago. Could a relay be acting up? Any help appreciated.
