Has anyone had any experience with those coil spring inserts? They're ~$10 a set at the local CT and look like they do the trick to solve my brick's saggy rear end.

I can't imagine that they're good for your springs - esp if you're carrying any kind of load.

On the other hand, I need to get a new set of springs anyway, so what can it hurt?
