740 GLE TIRE SIZES 700 1990

Hi! I recently purchased a 1990 740 GLE sedan in fairly good condition, 89,000 miles and everything works! Since I live in Pennsylvania and plan on using this car on a daily basis, winter included, snow tires are a must.
I have a set of 2 premium snow tires from an 850, 195x60x15's. The 740 has 185x65x15's. If I buy 4 steel wheels and an additional 2 195x60x15 tires can I use this tire size on the 740?
