Hello all volvo supporters,
This morning I drove with a friend of mine, from the countryside to the city (Tel Aviv). We arrived to a stop sign, and stopped. Suddenly, there was a bang from behind. It was really no big deal - it was a small new Fiat which hit us, almost from zero speed.
My friend has a Dyhatsu (probably mis-spelled) sherade 1992. We got out of the car to see the damage - there was none (to the Fiat) but the Sherade suffered minor damage, the trunk cannot close, and some rear lights are not aligned.
What was insulting and frightening, was the fact that such a little thump caused such damage.
So, beleive it or not, I found myself selling her how safe a Volvo is!!! How she should buy a used volvo!!! MY GOD - I'VE CAUGHT THE VOLVO BUG!!!
So, before I totally go crazy, dear sirs and ladies - answer please these two questions:
1. How safe volvos really are (and which of the used ones are safest).
2. Which 10-15 year old volvos are best for her to buy.
Thank you,
Gadi
