I'm looking at a 164 for sale in my area. He says that he runs it ever couple of weeks, but mostly it has sat awaiting a restoration that never happened. He says it has a few rust holes on the fenders and rockers, it needs some brake work, and needs a new fuel pump gasket. The seller is asking $1200 obo. I don't think he's getting much interest.

I want to know what sort of fair offer I should make him when I go see it tomorrow.
