Is intallation of an Air / Fuel ratio gauge possible?

Hello Bricksters, I'm currently upgrading to put a triple guage package in my 82gl. Is it possible to install a air/fuel ratio guage with having only one oxegen sensor wire? The gagues I have looked at call for a three wire installation. Also the guages i've looked at call for a "narrow band" sensor. I am not familiar with the phrase and am wondering what "narrow band" means. Thanks in advance for any input. Jon
