The "bulb out" sensor in my 91 240 automatic started flickering 3 months ago, but only when I had the OEM Bosch fog lights on that I added two years ago and used the turn signal. I also added two of the front fender marker lights around two years ago from FCP Groton.

Now the thing flickers intermittedly whenever the headlights are on. Lights up and flashes randomly, more on than off. Push the brakes, turn on the fogs, flip the turn signal, and it glows more solid than not. All lights, including the ones I added, work fine.

Is the sensor dying a slow death or is something else going on?
