Volvo 940 Wagon Crank Problems 900 1993

I have a 1993 940 Wagon with 200,123 miles on it. When i try to start it, it will keep on cranking but no rollover. The RPM gauge will bounce up and down and When i leave it alone for a day or so and try to start the car, it will start and run for about 3 or 4 seconds the the needle will drop instantly and die.. My battery is almost dead because of all the failed cranks .... I replaced the Crank Sensor and check the fluids (The oil was about ~ 1quart so i put some more in) Any help will be appreciated
