Alternator tightening bolt for 245. 200

does anyone know where I can find the tightening bolt for the alternator belt tightening. It looks like a carriage bolt with the rounded head and the square base under the head the moves in the slide tightener. These bolts tend to get stripped from over tightening, especially if the rubber alternator pivot bushings are shot. Over tightening strips these bolts. I need a source for these bolts. Thanks, John
