Installing Poly Bushings in Sway Bar End Links 200

Hopefully there's a simple answer to what seems like a simple procedure. Just wanted to check to ensure I don't overlook something obvious and screw something up. I am installing poly bushings in the front suspension and have the ocntrol arm bushings done. Are there any tips for installing the new lower poly bushings in the sway bar end links ? I have new original Volvo end links with the original rubber bushings already in them. What is the best way to push out the old and press in the new ? Thanks.

Mike
