fuse box 200 1993

I noticed that after a rainfall the fuses and the inside of the fuse box cover is wet. I've been cleaning corrosion from the electric terminals for a while wondering why it develops so quickly... now I know. The record breaking rainfall in the North East has pointed to a leak... BUT where can it be and how can I fix the problem?
