Turn indicator issues 200

I replaced a cracked right headlight lens today. When I put everything back together, and tested the lights, the right turn indicator blinks very fast. I was very carefull with all of the wires and I can't figure out what happened. Does anyone have any thoughts or experience with this? Bad relay perhaps?
