1987 745 TIC

Hello.
On the way to work today in 100 degree weather the car started to miss...and eventualy died on the highway. i pulled over and it would only turn over and ALMOST catch but no dice.
After sitting for a few minuts it would run fine...it did this 3 times before i got to work.
So now that ive had some time to look at it..this what is going on...
swaped dme relay......................................................same
swaped radio supreesion relay.........................................same
pulled out and cleaned the power stage and used conductivne grease....same
ballast resistor is fine..............................................


When the car is in non-running condition the tach neddle moves so im ruling out the hall sensor.
it has spark at all times.
when non-running pulling out the AFM connector makes it worse.
when the car does not run...it cranks and ALMOST catches but as soon as i let go of the crank..it just dies.
i hear the fuel pump run..

so the car right now will run fine for about 5 min..and then stall. let sit for another 5 and it will start.
