Auto gear slips. Bluecar drives - but demands attention! 200 1980

Hello volvo colleagues,

Well, you can notice that we are already colleagues.

The bluecar 244 1980, has a new thing. The automatic trans. will have a delayed enterance from 2nd. to 3rd. gear. It will also suddenly shift from the high 3rd. gear - to the 2nd. gear (at high speeds - 80kmh and lower) when I let the foot off the gas.

When I got the car (about 6 months ago) I replaced both the auto oil filter and oil. The fluid level is correct.

What can this be? Is it easy to repair? Should I bother about this?
