timing belt tensioner S90-V90 1998

I recently had my timing belt replaced. looking over the invoice, the tensioner was not replaced. Seems that at 140k it would be best to have done it when the thing was apart the first time.

Does anyone know if it is a Volvo recommendation to repalce the tensioner when the belt is replaced?
