Thanks to all for insite and information regarding my a/c problems it truned out to be the cooling fan relay. Apparently somthing inside of it burned out cause now that it is out and i shake it it sounds much like a baby rattle. Put the new relay in and all a/c woes cured at idle.
Still working on the secondary air injection system malfunction. Going to just replace the elbow as suggested at the valve it looks good but feels kinda funky, so new rubber all around. I am going to need to replace those rubber mounting bolts that hold the AIR pump to the fenderwell. Can I use ordinary bolts or should i use the rubber mounted bolts like came with, i suppose they are for noise reduction caused by vibration.
Will let results be known. Again thanks for all help and insite.
