Won't run after timing belt replacement 200

A friend of mine has a '92 240 sedan with 120 K miles. It has a manual transmission. Recently, he replaced the timing belt and clutch (at the same time). Now the car will start after a lot of cranking, but won't rev up. I looked at it and all of the timing marks line up as they should. The car hasn't ran right since the clutch and belt were replaced.

Any suggestions?
