won't shift into high gear 200 1989

Hello,

Our 245, automatic suddenly stopped shifting into high gear. The other gears shift smoothly. It had not been driven for three days, then the trouble started. Any suggestions/things to check (other than the tranny fluid) before I take it into the shop? Thanks in advance.
