So with all the wonderful hot weather that has been here in the midwest, I have been having problems at temperatures >90 F that my car dies when I come to a stop or has the old hunting idle that the 740s had when the auxiliary air valve was bad or dirty. Problem is made worse if the AC is on and somewhat goes away if you turn the AC off. Is this normal for the 960 or a symptom of something on the edge of failure. Does the 960 have a throttle body to clean? I swore after I sold my last 760 I would start having professionals service my car, but I've already tossed $1500 at the car this summer for brake, timing belt etc. etc. and want to check before I give the dealer some more of my money or pray for the snow to fly.
