240 idiot lights on like Christmas !

Went to start up my 1990 240 this morning and after it was running, there were several warning lamps on in the instrument cluster. The service, battery,parking brake, brake failure and light bulb out light, remained on.

The only lights that were not illuminated were check engine, oil & SRS.

I disconnected the battery for 5 minutes without any luck.

Could this be that big red bulb relay or something on the instrument cluster itself? You make the call.
