Fellow bricksters,

I am having trouble starting my 242gt. It has been updated to have the B32E motor in. However lately I have had drama's starting the car, it is only used as a club car so the driving K's are very low. Here is the following symptoms.

- Obviously no start, however there seems to be a reasonably strong smell of gas fumes from the rear of the vehicle when you get out of the car (I have looked and cannot see any holes or tears in the fuel line and there is no marks on the ground)

- When the car does start it will blow smoke mometarily as the engine stutters, then it settles down a nice smooth running at any speed for about 10 seconds then will lose power and stop. Mostly will not restart.

- i believe it is running rich as the plugs were very balck however I changed the plugs to new ones to experiment and still no go.....

Any help appreciated.
