1996 960 wagon 900

I'm looking at a 960 wagon to get as a runabout around town. It has 155k miles on it and he has owned it about a year and put 20k highway miles on it in that time.

He claims, "I've recently had it tuned up with a newer BOSCH battery, new Brakes, new Timing Belt and pulleys (very important!), and an oil change. This car has always been regularly maintained. The tires on the back are new and the front are still very good."

He's asking $4450 obo. Any thoughts?
