overdrive 900 1991

Help I have a 91 940 turbo overdrive is not working at all. I have replaced selinoid and do have power to it. Also removed valve boby and followed manual.
put another used trans in and also checked valve body everything is installed correctly. I have old trans on the bench and dissasembled. I cannot find a problem with any clutches or servos all orings are good. Has anyone had one of these transmissions apart what should i look for?
