Help with brakes, rotors etc 200

I was thinking about changing the rotors and pads on my 240 myself and was looking for some pointers.

What do you use to clean the new rotors? Any special prep on the pads?

Does this require any special skills or tools? How long does it take and are there any quirks I need to look out for? Thanks, any help is appreciated.
