Testing a Fuel Relay 200

My 1991 240 cut off on me while I was driving. It just stopped running immediately and will not start back. I followed some of what I saw posted:
I observed the crankshaft did move by removing the oil filler cap and verifying that

I picked up a fuel relay from the bone yard and it still will not start.

Is there a way to test the fuel relay to make sure that it is good?

Any other suggestions would be helpful as well. Thanks.
