Driver's side taillight 200 1992

My Hubbie's driver's taillight barely works. Faint brake light while braking/no running lights/blinker will only work if you push really hard on the bulb holder against the circuit board. The taillights are Estonia ebay. I even tried switching out the circuit board w/the old tailights and got the same results. (I don't really recall what shape the old board was in before though)New stock curcuit board or any better ideas?
