My Wagons Last Ditch Effort for Now 200 1991

1991 240DL Wagon

I really appreciate all you guys suggestions. I really do. I am getting to the point where I might need to take a break from this car. Five straight days of reading all I can online and this website and working on the car has my mind scrambled and my hands raw. I do not have cash to have this car towed to a shop and to have them get it running. I will pay them to fine tune it once I get this f^%$#^#^ker running. Sorry, Im really frustrated but will make 1 last full on effort..

My car knowledge is about a 6 on
a 1-10 scale with 5 being average so I understand and can try most
theories and I have access to sevreral salvage yards. Heres where Im
at..

I reconnected the hanging loose engine ground wire I found that had
torn. Just a basic motor ground.
I replaced the Fuel Pressure Regulator - I did drop the screw, heard it
hit and bounce in the grass so currently there is no screw in it but it is steady and not moving anywhere but the car still dont start. Hopefully without
the screw it doesnt matter for now. The car seemed to turn over a bit cleaner and more steady but will not fire up.
I have replaced the IAC, checked that the AMM is working, checked all
hoses and connections. I do still have the original lose wire that I
cannot figure out where it goes. It appears to be a EGR Temp Sensor
plug but I cannot figure out where it plugs in. I dont think this would
keep the car from starting and it may have been disconnected since I
bought the car and I have driven approx. 100 on the car. The sensors that connect beloe the #2 and #3 cylinder are inplace already
Its the Sensor in the photo on the lower right in the photo linked below

The car went from running but running very rich and crappy to suddenly not running at all. Fuel Pump Relay has been replaced.

I am at a point where I am going to buy a ECU from the salvage yard to see if this is the problem but with the money I just spent on the FPR its getting where I need to find this issue quick Any and all suggestions are a huge help

So far my plan for tomorrows repair-
Clean the throttle body
